ALUMNI COACHING OFFER
This offer is for graduates of the Nourished Moms, Healthy Kids program who would like to continue having one on one coaching on a 3-month commitment basis.
Having a coach to check in with is helpful for accountability when we are absorbing diet culture everywhere. Coaches provide a fresh perspective and can see outside our limiting beliefs.
Personally, I have a coach and I will always have a coach because sometimes we get stuck in our limiting beliefs and need an outsider to help us stay on track.
What is included in the coaching package?
- 2 x 1on1 coaching sessions per month
- Continued access to Coach Jo via Voxer (response times will vary)
Cost: $350 for 3 months (Payment plans can be made available upon request)
