Health Goals
Physical Goals

• Eat enough food regularly (breakfast, lunch & dinner)
• Eat food that makes you feel good
• Move your body
• Get regular medical care for prevention (chiro/osteo, pelvic floor physio, family doctor check-ups, etc.)
• Seek medical care when needed (pain, injuries, illness, etc.)
• Enjoy regular massages
• Find joyful movement (dancing, swimming, walking, rock climbing, playing sports, singing, active video games like wii, virtual workouts with Coach Jo & the Crew ?)
• Engage in sexual pleasure & satisfaction – with yourself, with a partner
• Get enough sleep (7-10 hours)
• Wear clothes you like and feel good in
• Take vacations with the family
• Take vacation without the family (weekend away with hubby, solo day trip)

Mental Goals

• Make time for self-reflection
• Seek guidance from a therapist or counsellor
• Practice the self-coaching model (I teach this in my Nourished Moms, Healthy Kids Program)
• Read literature for pleasure (unrelated to work)
• Do something that you are new at. Something in which you are not the expert in or the one in charge
• Seek ways to decrease stress in your life
• Let others know different aspects of you
• Notice your inner experience (listening to your thoughts, judgments, beliefs, attitudes & feelings)
• Engage your intelligence in a new area (go to an art museum, history exhibit, sports event, theatre, local festivals).
• Practice receiving from others
• Be curious
• Say ‘NO’ to extra responsibilities sometimes
• Learn new & uplifting information.

Emotional Goals

• Find things that make you laugh
