This image is from MUDGIRLRUN 2021 where twelve Coach Jo & the Crew members met in London, ON for a 5 km race in the mud. Many of the members were meeting in person for the first time though we all felt like we knew each other well because of our connect time after each workout.

Hey, I'm Jolyn Martin, certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, body image coach & momma of 2. I am passionate about helping women just like you find peace with food, exercise and our changing bodies. I take a non-diet, Health at Every Size approach to guide my clients on a journey of self-love and body respect. I help my clients get off the start-stop cycle of fitness programs and weight-loss goals, while finding movement they enjoy & feel empowered doing.
